Church Invites People to 'A Night in Hell: Tales from the Pit' Thursday

Potter's House Christian Church invites teens and adults to A Night in Hell: Tales from the Pit.

The haunted house production will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at 808 13th St. and continue at the same time Friday and Saturday.

Exactly what people can expect to see or experience at Potter's House is for people to decide to attend the church but the production should make people feel real fear, said Pastor Robert Dodd.

"What we're doing is a haunted house production but what we think is more scary than ghouls and goblins jumping out at you are real life situations. So we're actually showing some very real life situations to scare anybody that comes through," Dodd said.

"These are real life situation theres nothing we will be showing that's any worse than what you will see on primetime TV but we just want to make sure people know that this isn't targeted for underage children," he said.

The event will be followed by a revival with a guest pastor at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. churches services Sunday and additional sermons Monday to Thursday.
