Olga and Edward Braga celebrated their birthdays Monday morning at the West Coast Cafe.
Olga was born on Feb. 25 and is celebrating her 94th birthday. Edward was born Feb. 20 and is celebrating his 91st birthday.
The Bragas were married Sept. 20, 1947 in Massachusetts, said daughter Paula Braga-Kosmicki of Chula Vista.

"They decided to come out, dad was one of 15 kids, for their honeymoon in California," she said.
Once the two got to Imperial Beach they never left.

"They bought a plot of land, mom drew up the plans and dad built the house," Braga-Kosmicki said.
