How sad that anyone should bend so low as to use a child for their sexual ratification when thereRead More are women, and men, out there that will GIVE it away for whatever reason; movies, porno, videos, books, etc. a life is crippled, scarred, & ruined by their act of "fun making", it was not "fun" for that child..Is nice that these men have to pay monies back to the families, they will need it, BUT..it sure won't be a cure..40 yrs.??..WOW!! a big sentence for them for what they did, right? Those children have a LIFE sentence ahead of them. I agree with Mike about the treatment they should, (& no doubt will) receive in the pen, but why not casterate them first, then throw them in with the big boys????

Sub-huma!. The only saving grace is the.violation on his victims will stop and the other 35Read More children.

In light of getting off topic defending Libi, I offer my sincere apology. This is a very serious,Read More devastating subject. I've heard that in some countries you steal and lose a hand. Still true? IDK, but sexual assault should absolutely be punished by castration and life imprisonment. Some predators are not rehab-able and are so intent on destroying their victims that castration or impotence doesn't stop them, as they would resort to alternative methods for torture. You can't chance which is which. And you are right, no counseling or religion or medication ever really releases these children from prison. They become adults fighting to figure out how to survive and appear normal and fit in.

Yes, it does! When will they be called to account?
Mark April 6, 2014 at 07:18 am
Can we just hang them off of a bridge and let cars use them as a piñata? Totally inexcusable.

Libi is our Bill O'Reilly of females. LoL. She knows everything. Can't you tell from all of herRead More posts? Just because she reloaded, Libi thinks it's learned from the military. I guess if gangbangers kept reloading, they learned it from the school of gangs on how to reload a gun 101. Doesn't take a genius to visually learn on their own how to reload a revolver. Of course if it was purchased from her, then I'm sure she asked the gun store how to reload it.

i am so sorry citizens of ib - i forgot you are the child neglect and pretend there are no resultsRead More from actions capital of the world.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- there is well documented history regarding the repercussions of war, but that's fact and knowledge, so it doesn't count in your world... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ironically we have laws to protect dogs and roosters because everyone understands that teaching them to fight is cruel and ruins the animal....
Kathie Strongylos March 29, 2014 at 03:34 pm
Whoa, Libi, I didn't see anyone here claiming that there are no repercussions from war. I'm not aRead More regular reader of the comments posted here, so I wasn't aware you are a regular poster. And I wasn't aware of any animosity going on between you and other posters. I certainly wasn't expecting your reaction over my simple question as to if you had evidence whether the woman had seen combat during her service with the Navy. Forget I even asked and carry on in whatever fashion you choose. Peace

What a slap on the hand. He should have received 20 years plus he took an oath and is probablyRead More receiving a pension from it. Disgusting!
Larry Goad March 25, 2014 at 11:02 am
Obama took an oath to support, uphold and defend the constitution of the U.S. from all enemies bothRead More foreign and domestic. In today's society oaths mean nothing!

First, for the sake of all the good people with Border Patrol [BP], Hammer is NOT a BP officer. HeRead More was a Customs & Border Protection officer [CBP]. He is an A$$hole who went VERY wrong and should not be anyone's conception as to what REAL CBP officers do on a daily and CAEER basis!! Most of the CBP officer work 48 to 64 hours weekly!! That is why one may hear that they crossed the border and the officer was surly or downright rude. Yes, often, ORDERED overtime~~the pay is good, but the toll on the person is almost unbearable!! I was a supervisor with CBP and know how challenging the job is EVERY DAY, every minute and every second!! Many CBP [and BP] officers have had threats from the smugglers and we often lead our life's with those threat looming over our daily being.

This should be interesting now that one of our main evacuation roads (Palm ave) has been narrowedRead More down to one lane! Maybe we can all jump on our bikes and pedal to safety, it'll probably be the most use it's ever going to get.
Ruth Eastburn March 25, 2014 at 07:30 am
I don't use that route anymore because I get tired of being almost sideswiped and the traffic jam isRead More just plain stupid. Who was the genius that thought of narrowing that road in the first place. Especially now with the new hotel in town and more traffic coming into town??? Pure genius!!!
Buster March 25, 2014 at 09:58 am
If you are trying to get out of IB due to a Tsunami, odds are so is everyone else. Your ability toRead More drive down Palm or IB Blvd won't help you. Waiting to the last mintue to get to high ground, won't help. There are 26,000 residents in IB and you think the current configuraton of Palm Avenue is going to hamper that evacuation.,...LOL...if you have waited that long, your dead anyway.
