It looks like dude might be choking but I don't see anything that BP was doing the choking. Also…Read More notice female officer on the left side of screen doesn't seem to react at all. But on the other hand does BP know EXACTLY where the camera is and strategically places his body between alleged victim and camera to obscure the video? Just saying.

As do I Mark, You can't hear what is being said which is probably what provoked the whole thing but…Read More from the agent's action's and at the end where he walked over to the booking desk, it was business as usual just another wise ass, I didn't see any scuffle and believe me when you are getting choked down your leg's will flail alll over trying to get released !

its easy to understand why this insane drug war continues on. MONEY! the courts, jails probation…Read More offcers, dea, military, drug councilors, drug testing co. private prisons, assets siezed, 100,000 $ a year dare teachers. prison guards, helicopter mfg.arms dealers getting rich on US tax dollars arming any country or anyone that helps or pretends to help the war! Thats why this so called war will never end! i dont think any of the people above want to stop this war cartel sure dont People will sit there with a cig hanging out there mouth, eating prescribed valuim, with a beer in there hand. calling a homeless person a drug addict. It took a masive heart attack to get me to quit my drug and alcohol abuse (why i cant spell). i dont blame cartels, drug dealers for years i wasted i need only look in the mirror for that. i do however think that the fact they are illegal has made criminals and felons out of good people who then loose jobs and employers dont like to hire felons so many turn to selling drugs or crime The drug warroirs get more food for the system. when dade is arrested and jailed mother goes on welfare sec 8 housing the state now feeds and houses the whole family kids grow up hating cops the cycle goes on i dont want drugs legal. just decriminal ized i know law enforcement are great people for the most part and believe in what there doing. I suggest they and everyone go to cops against the drug war web site. you will find cops dea judges etc. they need to be heard!

The AFO is 100% Not dismantled who ever you're getting you're info from is again 100% incorrect

"Though authorities have dismantled one of the largest and most ruthless Mexican drug gangs of…Read More recent years, the Arellano Felix Cartel, the region continues to be threatened by other bold and highly violent criminal organizations operating out of Tijuana and Sinaloa, according to law enforcement officials ..."
Love this part of the article --- makes it sound like the Feds are winning this *war*
Truth is when the Arellano Felix controlled the manufacture, distribution, and sale of illicit drugs the border area was relatively calm, very peaceful, and quite safe
Now however, there is a real war going on for control --- and lots of people, both in and out of the trade, are getting hurt and/or killed
As long as their is demand there will be supply --- that is simple laws of Supply & Demand (Econ 101) ...

However regarding rape... where was a plea from SDCrimeStoppers.com on the recent local rapes? Just say'n... a women's safety is far more serious than a fight outside of a bar!
The issue I take is with a bar fight being a SDCrimeStoppes.com story, not the poor unfortunate veteran in this case. Try to see outside the bottle, instead of being offended at any reference to it...

Identity Theft is a crime that can cause the victim years of pain. Unfortunately the punishment does…Read More not fit the crime.
What is the best way to deter criminals? Maybe it’s time the punishment fits the crime. Maybe blind them with acid in the eyes? Cuts off a hand? (both?) What will deter the criminals?

10 AM, Tuesday, school day, 4 minors, stolen car. I guess that article on truancy a few days ago…Read More carries a little more weight now. BTW I live a half block from the scene and groups of minors hanging out during school hours is not unusual here. I regularly chase them out of the complex parking lot. This part of I.B. needs way more Sheriff's presence. We have one patrol here for every ten between first and third ave. and the riff-raff are over HERE!

'...IHRC has received more than $500,000 in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Labor over…Read More the past two years, according to the FBI....'
this is why i hate federal subsidies...it costs the taxpayer millions to write up the legislation to circulate the money....
....now it's going to costs the taxpayers millions to prosecute and imprison the corrupt government worker....
'...IHRC receives federal funding to find Native Americans jobs and provide job training....'
the program will be labeled a 'failure', but the funding was never made available for implementation because it was pillaged at the top....

Glad to hear they have a suspect identified. I think it's far too coincidental that all of these…Read More fires have occurred within the past week. They are almost certainly related. I wonder about those juveniles that were released to the custody of their parents after trying to set the stolen car on fire.
Kelly Tracy April 24, 2013 at 03:54 pm
How could all of that not be related? I coincident I think not!

I hope you're prepared to stem the flood of criminals and drug dealers all by yourself when Border…Read More Agents become scarce. How would you like to work under conditions that expose you to constant harrassment from not only the public, but criminals with something to gain, as well. You have no idea what they face each and every day. They are there to protect YOU. Wake up.
IBsharkbait April 23, 2013 at 03:25 pm
Why don't you let our Border Agents do their jobs and stop pandering to these criminal illegals?…Read More Prosecutors, don't you know that word is out in Mexico that all an illegal has to do is squawk about how they are handled here and they get a free stay, and a chance at a million dollar lawsuit. I'm sick to death of this. Isn't California screwed up enough without you spending our tax money to prosecute good Border Agents? Consider the source of these complaints...they are criminals and you waste our money and ruin agents lives with these rediculous charges. For shame. I am utterly disgusted.
