HAPPY EASTER! CHRIST IS RISEN! HE IS RISEN INDEED! Jesus' day really rattles you "Ms.D"Read More (D for demonic) - doesn't it? You attack the messenger - 'cause what you're really hateful toward is God + His asking for Perfection...your disordered life has no room for that! I ask you: What have you done in this life that makes you vicious + arrogant? Have you raised the dead? Jesus did. Have you loved with purity + no expecting in return? Jesus did + still does. Have you made the blind see? Have you walked on water? Have you suffered unjustly at the cross? Jesus did. SHUT YOUR MOUTH until you do all that Or until you start defending the greatest human being ever -Lord Jesus Christ.

Hi Pop Quiz: Actually a lot of work has been done to clean up the river and the valley including 4Read More new sewage plants on both sides of the border. Look forward to having you volunteer for our cleanups. Cynicism does not create results. Getting involved and moving authorities forward is hard work--but we can't give up and just complain. This committee helps push international authorities to solve problems. It is not sexy work--and it is not fun, but we don't have a choice.

Hello Serge, I did physically help build the original 600 million dollar sewage treatment plantRead More facility. My hard earned tax dollars have been thrown down this sewer hole for decades. I think i paid for the right to be critical several times over. I pay my governments very well to fix these problems. How much money out of my kids future would i need to pay to be recognized as having done enough? I have a full time job and well rounded social life. But if i ever want to pull old car tires out of sewage i will do it here in IB. You have my promise on that. Tijuana sewage is your business, an important part of your livelihood. I pay, and pay, into the TJ sewage problem , it doesn't pay me. That is likely where our perceived differences come from. Neither one of us like the sewage. Maybe the play nice method doesn't work as well as any of us had hoped. It should always be the first step. I would compare it this way. After years of BS, when the Feds started the Gate Keeper program, illegal immigration was substantially effected in IB. I would like to see a similar "River Keeper" hard line approach. I will not see you in the water soon, because the rain is falling and the sewage tap is flowing. There used to be this sign above the urinal at the Fleet Reserve. It read "when all is said and done, far more is said then done". That sums up the turd soup on our beaches. If the sewage problem get fixed/solved a lot of bureaucrats have a lot to lose. Your "clean water now" slogan was heartfelt by many, myself included. Time has passed and those stickers are sun faded. The "now" has passed a few times. I guess art, reality checks and cynicism are in the eye of the beholder. I prefer an ugly truth over the beautiful lie. Does that make me a cynic? Does the sewage still flow? Is it going to continue for the foreseeable future? If those statements are true, i am either stating the obvious based on personal observations, or i am a cynic. Your choice, but a rose is still a rose, and a turd is still a turd. I hope live long enough to see clean water after a rain storm in IB. I would say based on past performance, future predictions make that unlikely. Have a great day and enjoy the rain.
