Mrs. Loudon say what you will the things on the show came out of your mouth and your husbands mouth.…Read More i think you have great children and i hope they turn out nothing like the so called adults in your family. the only thing i got from your episode is a breading of hate. P.S. God is not real. read a science book moron

My main disappointment with this show is that they sacrifice the ability for very different families…Read More to learn from each in the name of dramatic confrontation. We all have much we can learn, but when pushed against the wall too hard, we harden into our views instead. Watching this episode felt like an opportunity wasted. Both families seemed sincere and well intentioned, with traits that one can really respect, but I also heard upsetting and hurtful things from both. I hope that you will take this opportunity to consider if maybe some of your statements and positions should be reconsidered. We all have the right to make choices for ourselves that work best for us, but when those positions can't be explained without causing clear pain and judgement onto someone else, are they are as fair and appropriate as we'd like to think they are?

YOU MUST BE A KOOK TO WATCH THE SHOW OR GO ON IT-ONLY A FAME SEEKING FOOL WOULD WASTE THEIR TIME OR…Read More THROW AWAY THEIR SELF RESPECT TO GO ON THIS PROGRAM-JUST LIKE THE MAJORITY OF REALITY SHOWS. THE HUGE PERCENTAGE OF THE AMERICAN POPULATION THAT SEEMS TO SEEK THIS KIND OF "FAME" SHOWS THE DECLINE OF MORALITY AND COMMON SENSE IN AMERICA-THEN AGAIN, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM CALIFORNIA. THE REAL VICTIMS IN ALL THIS IS THE CHILDREN AND THE 23 YEAR OLD SLEEPING WITH TWO MORALLY LOST PERVERTS.
THE DESIRE FOR 15 MINUTES OF FAME

I hate to bust anyone's bubble..but..San Diego IS NOT, HAS NEVER BEEN, & NEVER WILL BE the…Read More nations "Sandcastle Capitol of the world"...The Sandcastle competitions have not been held in San Diego on any of her beaches..IMPERIAL BEACH IS, ALWAYS HAS BEEN, & WILL CONTINUE to be the Sandcastle Capitol of this nation..I realize it is great advertisement for San Diego, but..come one folks..lets give credit where credit is due..Imperial Beach has provided the beach for this competition for many years, & will continue to do so..and as for the city god-fathers??, maybe its time they found another profession, as the one they have been "attempting" to fill has not proven in their best interest..or..the best interest of Imperial Beach..not sure what city they are trying to pattern IB after, but I think the vast growth of IB has hindered it instead of helping it..it has brought more crime into the area, businesses have closed, they have tried to make it become more like a "resort" town than "home town"..Imperial Beach will always be a "small home town" area, but it does need to be cleaned up..starting with the officials..

I liked the idea of more local artists and IB related merchandise to be sold at the Sand Castle…Read More competition instead of people from LA selling a bunch of cheap crap made in China. I was amazed that there weren't even more IB t-shirt designs available though I really love the one they had at the IB Printing booth. I'm an artist and also collect items from other artists. That being said, I couldn't believe someone hadn't cashed in on the opportunity to create COLLECTABLE EVENT SPECIFIC (with year and date) Posters, Stickers and T-shirts. I saved an extra $20 aside from my concession money just to find something like that. There's some great artists here in IB and I'm all for a competition to choose a unique design with loads of moxy to represent IB PRIDE on merchandise. Heck, I would donate a few designs to the cause myself, but honestly would be happier seeing that honor being bestowed upon an up and coming young artist who might be building a portfolio for art school scholarship submissions or simply trying to establish his/her own brand.
On that note, the same goes for the Doggie Surf Competition cause THAT is a really neat event that has always been criminally under advertised (No flyers or signs??? ..C'mon people!). These events are awesome, family friendly, beach and community promoters that are LOADED with unseized marketing potential.
Why not add some live music to the mix as well? Back in my day, my band would have played it for FREE, just show us where to plug in!

He was scheduled to stay to 1 PM but with so many fans Dan stayed until 2:30PM just to make sure everyone had the chance to say hello and have a picture taken with him. Two words to describe Dan Ackroyd; gracious and welcoming, the same today as the first time I met him 25 years ago. Oh and yes he signed my baseball hat. La Mesa we are the jewel of the hills.

they'll hire anyone that goes to the field for a job.... but the crops are timely and farmers have to hire people that show up for work regardless of their legal status...
i worked on a tomato machine for 6 weeks when i was 15 ... there's 5-7 people standing on each side pulling good tomatoes from the vines as they come up the conveyor belt...there's usually 2 - 8 machines in each field depending on the acreage... it wasn't hard work, but it was 10 hour days 7 days/week...
a few white people came and went, but only me and another white chick lasted the entire season...

I first swam in the Pacific Ocean in late summer of 45, Rode the bus for 4 hours to get grom where I…Read More lived to Hunington Beach to spend the day and did so often till we moved to San Diego in 48, I had come home, Riding the bus at first to Mission Beach at first then I discovered La Jolla, Truely the Jewel of this area. Making my first compressed air dive in 51, I had found a life calling. Joining the Corps at 17 and spending the next 6 or so Years all over the Pacific I got a chance to see a lot of magical dive sites, Japan, The Phillippines, Hawaii, Midway island, Life is not long enough for one person to see it all. I continued to dive into my 60's till I had an accident which ended my diving life, I really miss it but life goes on. This was a wonderful item Serge I enjoyed it a lot and it brought back many memories

I like the Port Theater, too. I have to highly recommend all of Rick Riordan's books! Not only are they fun reads, but they…Read More actually teach something. Mark of Athena is teaches about the Roman mythology. The initial series - Percy Jackson and the Olympians - teaches Greek mythology. The Kane Chronicles teaches Egyptian mythology.
My older kids have used these to help with their reading and their Humanities classes.

Also thanks for including some books for teen boys. They are getting easier, but it is still hard to find a good series for boys to "get into."

I saw Valitar and I have to agree with Mr. Zatkow. Tatyana Remley was the most out of place…Read More individual in the entire show. Literally EVERYONE else was in for the spirit of the show and they did amazing and entertaining performances. Remley, however just pranced around on a horse with a serious case of "Look at me" that was a real turn off. At least twice she came out doing essentially the same thing and it sort of turned my stomach it was so obvious. It had "I wanna be int the show" written all over it. Kudos to the rest of the cast for putting up with that garbage - you are all better people than I 'cause I would have expressed my opinion and then left as did many so I read.
