Wednesday Surf Report and Weather Forecast
Good day for a log or a fish! Mostly sunny Wednesday but chance of rain all weekend.
Waking up with the waves on Wednesday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. It's looking like a good day to break a small wave board out of the old quiver. Yep, a fish or a log is the call!
We're starting off with some nicely groomed conditions with a pretty small mixture of mainly west northwest swell and very little southerly energy in the water.
That recipe is offering this stretch of sand some sorta weak sectiony lines with the occasional fast corner to pick off. Most spots in Imperial Beach are running about knee to waist high with those top combo breaks pulling a few plus sets.

Mostly sunny skies Wednesday 61 to 66 and lows from 36 to 46. Chance of rain from Friday evening to Monday morning.
If you're planning on paddling, a 4/3 fullsuit and the booties will do the job with the water temperature at most spots averaging between 56 and 58 degrees. Good luck!
