Tuesday Surf Report and Weather Forecast

Another new pulse of energy starting to show!

I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. Well, it looks like we're starting to see another round of new energy out there. Many spots are showing plenty of playful size waves with some larger stuff.

The conditions are pretty clean and glassy early on with a mixture of mainly new west northwest swell and some very minor southerly energy in the water.

That is making for some racy semi-walled lines with some good corners to pick off. Most spots in Imperial Beach are showing waist to chest high plus waves with the standout breaks seeing shoulder high waves with some head high plus sets.

Weather forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with highs from 64 to 69 and lows from 40 to 50 and patchy low clouds Tuesday evening. Similar weather forecast for Coronado, Chula Vista and downtown San Diego.

If you're going to grab a salt water bath, you'll want to wear that 4/3 fullsuit and possibly the boots with the water temperature hanging between 56 and 58 degrees. Get on it!
