Good Tuesday morning surf enthusiasts, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. Well, the latest mix of swells are fading away, but you can still find some playful size waves out there.
We have some nice and groomed conditions from the start, with a combination of mainly southwest swell and some minor northwest energy in the water.
That recipe is offering this neck of the woods some fairly broken-up lines, with plenty of fun workable corners. Most spots in Imperial Beach are seeing knee to stomach high waves, with the focal points pulling a few chest high sets.

Beaches from the south end of Seacoast Drive to the U.S.-Mexico border are closed. General advisories remain in effect for all other San Diego County beaches. To check current water quality status, call 619-338-2073 or visit this San Diego Coastkeeper website.
Tuesday's weather forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and highs from 65 to 70, lows from 40 to 50 this evening. Enjoy highs near 70 until Thursday then rain and cooler weather are expected to return Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

If you're going to grab a salt water bath, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit or possibly a 4/3 full with the water temperature averaging at most spots between 59 and 61 degrees. Have fun!
