I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch weekend surf report. Well, we should see plenty of playful size surf Saturday and Sunday.
Expect mostly clean and glassy conditions with mainly south-southwesterly swell and just a remnant of northwest energy in the water.
That recipe should provide some fast sectiony lines with a ton of good shoulders. Most spots in Imperial Beach are looking about waist to chest high on Saturday. Size will decrease slightly Sunday.

This weekend's weather forercast calls for partly cloudy skies with high temperatures near 70 and low near 60 in evening in IB. High 70s to low 80s inland and 98 in Borrego Springs.
If you're going to get in the water this weekend, a thin fullsuit should be enough with the water temperature averaging at most spots between 62 and 64 degrees. Have fun out there! Good luck to all the competitors.
