The Low Tide Ride n' Stride goes 8.2 miles from IB to Coronado on the beach.
A table to register will be set up at Camp Surf at 6:30 a.m.

The race starts at 8 a.m. at YMCA Camp Surf and goes north along the sands of Silver Strand State Beach. Since the run is held at low tide, sand should be hard packed. You then pass through the Naval Amphibious Base beaches and in front of the Hotel del Coronado about 1 mile before the finish.
A majority of proceeds will go to the Comprehensive Combat Complex Casualty Care (C5) Unit at Naval Medical Center San Diego and the Warrior Foundation.

The remainder will go to organizations like and the Cornoado Rotary Club, the event's main organizer.
If parking is a problem, runners and walkers can park at Sunset Park in Coronado and shuttle to the start. The first shuttle leaves the park at 6:15 and the last one at 7:15.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. Bike riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
