Daily Surf Report Feb. 4

Local surfer Greg Broadfoot's daily analysis of surf conditions.

It's another beautiful day here in San Diego's finest city. Waves have started to build over night from the west-northwest. Look for set faces in the knee to head high zone. Mid morning  high tide is kind of drowning it out right now. I suggest waiting for the turn around. Stay safe and stay wet!

The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the outpour of the Tijuana River are flowing slightly north of the river mouth

You can always call for a water update from the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health before hitting the water at 619-338-2073.
