Daily Surf Report Feb. 15

Analysis of surf conditions by local surfer Greg Broadfoot.

It's a beautiful morning. Tide is drowning prevalent knee to chest high waves but it looks like you could pick off a few corners at your best kown sand bar. Get out there before foul weather rolls in. Rain is expected late Tuesday evening and throughout the day Wednesday.

The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the outpour of the Tijuana River are down and flowing south of the river's mouth.

Wind is chilly out of the northeast at 3 mph, and the water's a chilly 54-56 degrees.
