I don’t know about you, but the school year provides a great deal of stress for my high school girl. Presently, she gets to school at 6:30am three days a week for a study session for her AP class. School starts at 7:30am and ends at 2:30pm.

She comes home, has a snack, does some homework, eats a small meal and then goes to swim practice from 6:30 to 9pm because her high school coach requires it. Then she comes home, eats another meal, does the rest of her homework and is lucky to get to bed by 11pm.

Changes need to be made – but how? I’d love to hear your ideas.
