Members of the Sweetwater Union High School District Board of Trustees and others indicted about a year ago will go to trial and defend themselves against accusations they participated in pay-to-play politics, NBC San Diego reported.
11 of 18 defendants have accepted plea deals, the news channel said.
The trial will begin in February.
