Sweetwater Union High School District School Board Trustee John McCann was seriously injured and may have suffered brain trauma after a car accident on Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista Wednesday, his wife told 10News.
Myssie McCann said her husband was brought to UCSD Medical Center after the multi-car collision in the 600 block of Telegraph Canyon Road.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
