The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is holding a Citizens Forum to discuss environmental issues associated with the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP) and a new flood control project in Tijuana.
Presentations will cover water quality issues at the SBIlWTP, restoration activities in the Tijuana River Valley and the Rio Alamar flood control project in Tijuana.
