The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission will hold a Citizens Forum Meeting Thursday in the Tijuana Estuary Meeting Room.
Presentations will address sources of microbial contamination in the Tijuana River Estuary, recent flood conditions in the Tijuana River Basin, history of the USIBWC, the Naval Outlying Field and upgrades of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant.
