This is a storyboard or comic book version of the powerpoint slide show I made in 2007 to try to explain political relationships and dynamics in Imperial Beach so that even a child could understand it...and possibly explain it to their parents.
The Eagle Time accepted pre-payment to publish it, but refused to publish it before the 2007 election. I have continued my political parody on council and staff since 2007 using the same and or similar characters to this day. When I make reference to The Flying Monkeys I am referring to the same Political Action Committee or PAC that I was talking about in 2007. Some of the Council Members names have changed, but the power, corruption and influence ...not so much!
I had posted some of this with a photobucket link to the slide show that plays in color but the Patch Spam Filter Deep 6'd that post. So here's another format. Hope you can blow it up and read it. Then you will know why I call these people what I call them.
