While present and past councils and staff may think all is forgotten and swept under the table, I came accross the former Imperial Beach Building Inspector's public letter of resignation. In light of the fact that Mr. Wade is still in a position of power at City Hall, this could shed some light on just how he made himself so powerful and so irreplaceable. So now that there is no longer a Planning Commission and Council and Staff have removed all the checks, balances and (fairness) from the process...MR. WADE IS STILL AT CITY HALL?
Ghulioni talks about an unlicensed contractor without a building permit putting a roof on Mayor Diane Rose's house and he was told by Greg Wade not to give her a notice of violation! Friends and contributors don't seem to have as many problems with the permiitting process...especially if they use the right Architect Firms?
I don't know if Patch can blow these documents up large to assist reading them but they are from an original draft of Mr. G's letter that was published in the I.B. Sun and the Eagle and Times!
