What's a natural hazard? Realtors will learn to disclose it.

The class will be taught by PSAR members Lina Gorinstein, Juanita Adam and Darel Handley. Topics will include the value of a natural hazard disclosure, why homeowners insurance is needed and selling and closing techniques. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
