South County realtors will attend Boot Camp classes in June, July

The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host its annual Boot Camp for realtors, a series of seven classes on Wednesday evenings in June and July covering the real estate transaction process and the latest real estate marketplace trends. The classes from 5 to 8 p.m. will be held at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. Instructors will be licensed real estate professionals. Class dates and topics include: June 5, contracts and disclosures; June 12, homeowners insurance and sales skills; June 19, title insurance and social media; June 26, short sales and physical inspection; July 10, marketing and financing; July 17, zip forms for  contracts; July 24, business plan and lead generation.
