Realtors will learn about contracts and disclosures in Chula Vista on Wednesday, June 5

The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a class for realtors on contracts and disclosures from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class will be taught by Terri Dillon, broker. Topics will include how to write a VA/FHA offer and sales contract, an understanding of each clause in the contract and the appropriate use of addendums. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
