The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a free workshop for realtors on property management on Friday, Feb. 21. The workshop, featuring updates on new laws and issues affecting the property management industry, will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. Instructors will be PSAR members David Bradstreet and Brad Wilson. Also speaking will be Molly Kirkland, director of public affairs with the San Diego County Apartment Association.
