Homes Sold in Imperial Beach in June

You may have a new neighbor. Check this list of homes sold over the past month and find out which residential properties sold where and for how much.

A total 11 homes and condominiums were sold by various brokers in Imperial Beach in June, according to data from Sandicor. That is lower than 18 homes sold in May and approximately 18 residential properties sold in the same month last year

Though fewer homes were sold last month as the same time period last year, data provided by the San Diego County Assessors Office states that property value in Imperial Beach has increased 3.27 percent.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at 1107 Oneonta Ave. with an estimated 1,330 square feet sold for $355,000

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at 1238 Florida St. with an estimated 1,940 square feet sold for $332,000

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at 1370 Connecticut St. with an estimated 1,544 square feet sold for $400,000

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at 133 Palm Ave. with an estimated 2,050 square feet sold for $450,000

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at 1456 Seacoast Dr. #3B with an estimated 1,995 square feet sold for $800,000
