The Imperial Beach City Council is made up of Mayor Jim Janney and Councilmembers Ed Spriggs, Lorie Bragg, Brian Bilbray and Jim King.
The City Council also acts as the Imperial Beach Redvelopment Agency, Planning Commission, Housing Authority and Public Finance Authority.
In order to speak during public comment, turn in public comment slips before the meeting to City Clerk Jacqueline Hald. Slips to fill out are available in Council chambers or at the City Clerk's office.
