1:45 a.m., 58-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs near the Palm Avenue and 9th Street intersection

Dec. 23

2:07 a.m., trespassing reported in the 1300 block of 13th Street

8:12 p.m., shoplifting reported at CVS in the 800 block of Palm Avenue. Liquor reported stolen worth an estimated $16.99

Dec. 22

1:46 a.m., 29-year-old man arrested for obstruction or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician and being drunk in public under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs near the corner of Palm Avenue and 12th Street

2:33 a.m., residential burglary reported in the 100 block of Elder Avenue. Bicycle and miscellaneous items reported stolen worth an estimated $495

Dec. 21

2:32 a.m., 23- and 27-year-old men arrested for being drunk in public under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and obstruction or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician on 11th Street

11:03 a.m., commercial burglary and vandalism reported by Prudent Investors Realty in the 500 block of 12th Street. Miscellaneous items damaged or destroyed worth an estimated $500; $100 in cash reported stolen 

10:22 p.m., 22-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and vandalism in the 100 block of Palm Avenue. Car window damaged worth an estimated $150

Dec. 20

1:50 p.m.,  32-year-old woman also arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a switchblade in a vehicle in the 1000 block of 2nd Street. Portable music player, box and tools reported stolen worth an estimated $790

2:45 p.m., petty theft reported in the 600 block of Palm Avenue. Cell phone reported stolen worth an estimated $86

7:30 p.m., 59-year-old man arrested with warrant for the forgery of a narcotic subscription in the 500 block of 12th Street

9:21 p.m., 41-year-old man arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstruction or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician and committing a felony on bail in the 700 block of 5th Street

11:49 p.m., simple battery reported in the 600 block of Donax Avenue

Dec. 19

5:58 a.m.,, battery on person reported in the 1300 block of Hemlock Avenue. Victim reported apparent minor injury

2:32 p.m., petty theft reported in the 300 block of Imperial Beach Boulevard. Cell phone reported stolen worth an estimated $500

11:45 p.m., 34-year-old man arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of an unlawful paraphernalia and a felony bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 400 block of Palm Avenue

Dec. 18

11:17 p.m.m, vandalism reported in the 1100 block of 13th Street. Wheels reportedly damage or destroyed worth an estimated $2,000

5:09 p.m., vehicle theft reported in the 1400 block of Hemlock Avenue. Black sedan reported stolen worth an estimated $800 

5:48 p.m., vehicle theft reported in the 600 block of Palm Avenue. Black sedan reportedly stolen worth an estimated $2,500

11 p.m., 25-year-old man arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance, possession of an unlawful paraphernalia, obstruction or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician and carrying a switchblade knife on person on Donax Avenue

Dec. 17

8:15 a.m., commercial burglary and vandalism reported at Wash Laundry in the 1300 block of Grove Avenue. Miscellaneous items and $100 in currency reported stolen worth an estimated $1,100

9:01 a.m., vehicle burglary reported in the 1200 block of Oneonta Avenue. Automotive parts and miscellaneous tools reported stolen worth an estimated $935

8:55 p.m., residential burglary and vandalism of $400 or less in property reported in the 1400 block of Iris Avenue. Cash and miscellaneous items reported stolen worth an estimated $120

3:40 p.m., 56-year-old man arrested for threatening crime with intent to terrorize in the 100 block of Date Avenue

12:54 p.m., 31-year-old man arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, for being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition, possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana and parole violation in the 400 block of Delaware Street. 30-year-old man arrested for the use and being under the influence of a controlled substance. 32-year-old man also arrested for parole violation

1:13 a.m., 31-year-old man arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance in the 800 block of Seacoast Drive

Dec. 6

7:50 a.m., 65-year-old man arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism with more than $400 in damage, the use and being under the influence of a controlled substance and contempt of court for the violation of a protective order on Holly Avenue
