Armed Robbery; 15 Arrested on Drunk-in-Public Counts

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Imperial Beach substation reported the following arrests and crimes from May 28 to June 3. If you see a crime, please report it to the Sheriff's Department.

1:46 p.m., license plate reported in the 1400 block of Grove Avenue

6:47 p.m., 37-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 200 block of Palm Avenue

10:55 p.m., 34-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 200 block of Ebony Avenue

June 2
1:45 a.m., 25-year-old man arrested for obstruction or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician and driving while license is suspended or revoked in the 1200 block of Palm Avenue

2:30 a.m., 25-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 600 block of Palm Avenue

10:20 a.m., 22-year-old woman arrested for attempting to cash bad checks, forgery, robbery, driving under the influence and disobeying a court order in the 1000 block of 7th Street

3:00 p.m., 37-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 700 block of Seacoast Drive

5:15 p.m., 22-year-old man arrested with misdemeanor warrant in the 900 block of Seacoast Drive

5:55 p.m., 72-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 900 block of Seacoast Drive

June 1 
12:05 a.m., 19-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 600 block of 3rd Street

1:10 a.m., 21-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public on Calla Avenue

1:37 a.m.,45-year-old man cited and released for sleeping overnight on the beach in the 700 block of Seacoast Drive

7:39 a.m., vehicle theft reported in the 500 block of 12th Street. Stolen sedan worth an estimated $7,900

3:08 p.m., 35- and  43-year-old men arrested for being drunk in public in the 900 block of Seacoast Drive

7:41 p.m., 34-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 800 block of Palm Avenue

10:30 p.m., 25-year-old man cited and released for driving while license is revoked or suspended near Calla Aveune and 13th Street

11:48 p.m., 41-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public and probation violation in the 1300 block of Palm Avenue

12:39 a.m., 21-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 100 block of Donax Avenue 

1:30 a.m., 53-year-old man cited and released for unlawful possession of a Home Depot shopping cart in the 600 block of 11th Street

3:00 a.m., 44-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in an alley near the 600 block of Florida Street

3:45 a.m., 70-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public near the corner of 9th Street and Palm Avenue

5:30 p.m., 46-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 900 block of Seacoast Drive

6:29 p.m., grand theft reported in the 500 block of 11th Street. Bicycles reported stolen worth an estimated $1,373

May 30
12:35 a.m., petty theft reported in the 1100 block of Seacoast Drive. Two bicycles worth an estimated $400 reported stolen

1:40 a.m., 37- and 23-year-old men arrested for robbery, carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony and conspiracy to commit a crime on Carolina Street. Actual offense took place in the 600 block of Palm Avenue. Both men were reportedly carrying automatic handguns

12:15 p.m., 31-year-old man arrested for violation of parole in the 700 block of 9th Street

4:57 p.m., 45- and 46-year-old women arrested for the use, possession and being under the influence of controlled substances near Seacoast Drive and Dahlia Avenue

8:42 a.m., 63-year-old man arrested for possession of controlled substances in an alley in the vicinity of the 800 block of 13th Street

10:10 p.m., 58-year-old man cited and released for sleeping overnight on the beach in the 900 block of Seacoast Drive

10:30 a.m., petty theft from vehicle reported in the 700 block of Seacoast Drive. Keys and electronics reported stolen worth an estimated $110

4:58 p.m., vehicle theft reported in the 1100 block of Delaware Street. Motorcycle reported stolen worth an estimated $1,500

5:00 p.m., 37-year-old man arrested for violating a protective court order in the 800 block of Imperial Beach Boulevard

12:30 a.m., 20-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 700 block of Palm Avenue

4:11 p.m., vandalism reported in the 100 block of Ebony Avenue with an estimated $100 in damage to a fence
