Man Arrested for DUI Three Times Within Three Weeks

All three arrests are made by the same deputy.

Sheriff’s deputy M. Webb, who works out of the Imperial Beach station, has become familiar with a certain 2003 Pontiac Montana, belonging to Javier Gonzales.

Webb has arrested Gonzales three times for suspicion of DUI since late June, each time with a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit, according to the Sheriff’s Department. The arrests occurred on June 24, July 7 and July 13.

The Sheriff’s Department said during the July 7 incident, Gonzales was involved in a hit and run that caused property damage but no injuries.
