Video of Choking at IB Border Patrol Station Released

Video of the July 2011 incident was released Thursday.

U.S. Border Patrol agent Luis Fonseca was found not guilty last month of an excessive force charge in a July 2011 incident at the Imperial Beach station.

On Thursday video of the incident was released.

Adolfo Ceja Escobar had been arrested with two other men trying to enter the United States illegally, authorities said, and taken to the Imperial beach station for processing.

Fonseca's attorney claimed the video is inconclusive, Ceja faked having a seizure and that their client relied on his training and used force when suspects fail to comply with orders.

A federal jury took less than one day to acquit Fonseca, according to U-T San Diego.
