Injured Woman Helped in Tijuana River Valley

San DIego Fire-Rescue brought the woman to the hospital.

After hearing cries for help, Border Patrol agents helped an injured woman get medical assistance Friday morning in the Tijuana River Valley, NBC San Diego reported.

The woman was walking on a dirt road when she fell 20 feet down a steep, rocky hill in the Smuggler's Gulch area, the news outlet said.

San Diego Fire-Rescue brought the woman to the hospital for after she suffered some cuts and a possible head injury.
