Daniel Duran-Rodriguez, 20, of Imperial Beach was one of 73 people arrested earlier this month during Operation Mountain Shadow, the sheriff's department announced Wednesday.
Operation Mountain Shadow was carried out Sept. 10 by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Due to the on-going investigation at the time, the Sheriff's Department did not release the names of suspects arrested in the operation.
A stash of guns, drugs and cash worth millions of dollars was found during raids in Ramona and Poway, where 41 of 73 arrests took place, the sheriff's department said.
People were also arrested in Nevada and Florida in the bust.
Duran-Rodriguez was arrested for sale of a controlled substance but arrests made during the operation range from federal drug/gun charges to the transportation or sale of drugs.
