Sheriff's deputies arrested four people during a DUI checkpoint Friday night.
The deputies at the checkpoint, which was held from 8:30 p.m. Friday to 2:30 a.m. Saturday, contacted 980 vehicles. Thirty-one drivers were evaluated and two were arrested, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
An additional two people were arrested and 12 citations were issued.
