12:45 p.m., 35-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 1000 block of 9th Street


April 7

1:08 a.m., 41-year-old man arrested for robbery and false imprisonment with violence, menace, fraud or deceit on Holly Aveune. Actual offense took place in the 1100 block of Iris Avenue. Cell phone stolen and recovered worth an estimated $50

2:34 a.m., 38-year-old man arrested for assault with deadly weapon, lethal cutting instrument, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, vandalism and likely to cause harm or death of an elder or dependent in the 1100 block of Florence Street. 3 victims in incident

3:04 a.m., vandalism reported during possible family disturbance in the 500 block of Emory Street. Damage to wall worth an estimated $300

4:26 p.m., 43-year-old man arrested for assault with a deadly weapon with lethal cutting instrument in the 1100 block of 12th Street

4:57 p.m., 30-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 600 block of Imperial Beach Boulevard

8:11 p.m., 35-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 1400 block of 13th Street


April 6

2:54 a.m., 22-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 1100 block of Connecticut Street

2:05 p.m., vehicle theft reported in the 800 block of Emory Street. Stolen vehicle worth an estimated $1,000

7:02 p.m., petty theft from vehicle reported in the 1300 block of California Street. Wallet, cash, credit cards and other items reported stolen worth an estimated $131

7:36 p.m., 30-year-old man arrested for probation violation near the corner of Palm Avenue and Florida Street


April 5

10:00 a.m., 37-year-old man arrested for threatening crime with intent to terrorize in the 700 block of 11th Street

10:15 a.m., 32-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 200 block of Elm Avenue

7:51 p.m., 29-year-old man arrested for possession of controlled substances and burglary tools and probation violation in the 700 block of 9th Street


April 4

12:40 p.m., 37-year-old man arrested for possession of controlled substances and possession of unlawful paraphernalia in the 700 block of 13th Street

3:51 p.m., use of another person's identifying information for unlawful purposes reported in the 1000 block of Seacoast Drive. $710 reported stolen

6:50 p.m., 52-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 200 block of Palm Avenue

9:37 p.m., 53-year-old man arrested for possession of narcotic controlled substances in the 1100 block of Holly Avenue


April 3

8:40 a.m., 32-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public in the 600 block of Ocean Lane

9:35 a.m., commercial burglary reported at City of Imperial Beach Public Works yard in the 400 block of 10th Street. Power and gardening tools reported stolen worth an estimated $5,768

1:18 p.m., 48-year-old man arrested for violation of parole in the 1200 block of Ebony Avenue

1:40 p.m., 62-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public near the corner of Imperial Beach Boulevard and 12th Street

3:16 p.m., false imprisonment with violence, menace, fraud or deceit reported on Georgia Street

5:50 p.m., 49-year-old man arrested for the use and being under the influence of controlled substances and carrying a switchblade knife on person in the 1500 block of Fern Avenue

10:00 p.m., 34-year-old man arrested for the use and being under the influence of controlled substances in the 100 block of Evergreen Avenue


April 2

10:38 a.m., 53-year-old man arrested for driving under the influence, hit and run with property damage to Priority Moving vehicle, driving with license suspended or revoked with prior DUI conviction and operating a motor vehicle with 0.01 percent or more blood alcohol level while on probation for DUI on Daisy Avenue. Actual offense took place in the 200 block of Elm Avenue
