Five people were displaced by the fire.

No one was injured but five people, including an infant, were evacuated from an early morning fire in an apartment unit today.

"A call came in at 5:35 a.m. of a fire in apartment 4 of two-story Holly Avenue Condos at 1340 Holly Ave.," San Diego Fire-Rescue spokesman Lee Swanson said. "It took about 20 to 25 minutes for firefighters to knock it down."
