The City of Imperial Beach Human Resources Department is now offering a "cloud based" job application process for use in seeking employment with the city. This allows the city to automate many of the previously manual processes which will result in faster and easier hiring process and an empowered workforce.
The new system will enable prospective applicants to complete an application online, subscribe to job announcements, read job descriptions, complete automated testing and job-specific evaluations. Applicants will receive automatic email notifications. Employment applications now will only be accepted electronically through the new software.
