I had this problem with renters who moved in. They thought they wanted to be a aspiring rock band. I suggested they invest in a generator and pratice in the middle of a feild someplace. I also NICELY explained the steps of evicition and told them that I would win since I already recorded their noise and made reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Sometimes a littel direct communication is needed. They at first did not belive me, so I borrowed a large loud speaker and shared my capabilities early one morning. They now understand. They can pratice during the work week, during daylight hours. Not after dark or weekends, otherwise I will drown them out. Good luck.
