The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Imperial Beach substation reported the following arrests and crimes from Oct. 16-22. If you see a crime, please report it to the Sheriff's Department.
Oct. 23
12:31 a.m., residential burglary reported on Georgia Street. Video accessories reported stolen worth an estimated $250
Oct. 22
12:20 a.m., 29-year-old man arrested for shoplifting cigarettes and recording equipment at CVS and obstructing a peace officer or emergency medical technician on Palm Avenue
3:37 a.m., residential burglary reported at Palm Avenue, with $2,100 in miscellaneous items reported stolen
10:29 a.m., vandalism reported at Spirit Realty on 7th Street, with $650 in damage reported to a structure
Oct. 21
5:35 p.m., 45-year-old man arrested for possession of controlled substances, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and unlawful paraphernalia on Elkwood Avenue. 41-year-old woman also arrested for transporting controlled substances, possession of controlled substances for sale, possession of controlled substances and for the use and being under the influence of controlled substances
Oct. 20
7:40 p.m., 27-year-old woman and 48-year-old man cited and released for possession of unlawful paraphernalia on Florence Street
11:00 p.m., 22-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public on Holly Avenue

1:12 p.m., vehicle burglary reported on Holly Avenue. Stereo unit and cell phone reported stolen worth an estimated $550
7:09 p.m., residential burglary reported on Emory Street. Video games and other electronics reported stolen worth an estimated $965
7:48 p.m., 33-year-old man arrested with flash incarceration on Seacoast Drive
Oct. 18
1:52 p.m., residential burglary reported on Grove Avenue. Computer reported stolen worth an estimated $1,500
2:40 p.m., 31-year-old man arrested with misdemeanor warrant on Delaware Street
6:19 p.m., simple battery with apparent minor injury reported at the corner of Palm Avenue and 7th Street

9:00 p.m., 27-year-old man arrested for being drunk in public on 13th Street
Oct. 16
1:34 p.m., grand theft from motor vehicle reported on Date Avenue. Portable music player, purse and other items reported stolen worth an estimated $1,260
7:38 p.m., assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism reported on Seacoast Drive, with $4,000 in estimated damage to vehicle
8:57 p.m., 20-year-old woman cited and released for possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana on Seacoast Drive
10:30 p.m., 24-year-old Vegas Bray arrested for homicide at Mariner's Point apartment complex on Caspian Way

7:00 p.m., 45-year-old woman cited and released for possession of unlawful paraphernalia on Palm Avenue

9:30 a.m., vehicle vandalism reported on Calla Avenue, with an estimated $600 in damage reported
4:38 p.m., vehicle vandalism reported on Georgia Street, with an estimated $3,500 in damage to two vehicles reported
