Did you get a chance to taste the food prepared by SEA180 at the 9th Annual South County Elected Officials Reception?
It was totally free - very tasty - and more than enough to feed a small army.
SEA180 will be a wonderful - and the only - location in South County to watch the waves and enjoy really good restaurant food at the same time.
But be advised - there is no way SEA180 will be open by Nov 1st. I wonder how long they'll wait to tell everyone the truth.

30 days out, they should be doing finish work - not rough work - and then there's the building, fire, and heath inspectors...
You don't have to be a contractor to see that SEA180 won't be open - on or anywhere near - the 1st - of any month this year!
If the hotel opens during the slowest season, could that set them up for failure?
