Storm Seacoast Dr

When we walked the beach, before the sand replenishment, this part of the beach in front of the condos at the southern end of Seacoast Dr had normal high tides that covered all of the beach.  I took this photo one hour after high tide the morning of 3/3/14 after the two day storm.. Wasn't the sand replenishment a good thing for this part of the beach?
