Community Update

Grew up in area and been going to this McDonalds for years. Disappointed in service there. I work La Jolla and Sorrento area where they give coffee (in your McD reusable cup) and if you are purchasing several meals and have a couple coupons those McDs will let you do use them. (Bonita Rd McDs also give you coffee in your refillable with any purchase. ) At IB McDs I was buying 3 peoples breakfasts and only allowed to use 1 coupon. The manager(who was taking my order) wouldnt let me even use the second coupon in a separate transaction after the first one since it was same visit. I was purchasing for multiple people! They even in past visits have charged for water now with your meal even though I also have had coke or coffee purchased with my meal. This McDs doesnt leave you feeling appreciated as a customer like other McDs. If all you want is regular meal ect they do provide same food as other McDs and this is the closest one to you you can go for the conveinience but if you have coupon or want/ expect same service as other McDs then go to other McDs where you feel appreciated for patronizing their establishment. I do not feel valued as a customer at this McDs.

Another comment is fries arent always full when you take to go. Dozens of times shorted on fries.
