Oil to Hit 1980 Prices. Read This and Write Congress

America has been paying too much for oil for way too long.  

Many Americans may not know this, but the citizens of this country own oil and lots of it.

Our problem is we leave it to the politicians to make deals with the big oil companies to extract the oil and we are just getting a bad deal. If you owned oil in your yard wouldn't you expect to get it cheaper then the regular market? You would cut yourself a good deal, but that's not whats happening to American oil.

You are giving it away for peanuts to other countries making CEO's and Oil tycoons rich! How much did you pay for gas this week? Here's what we need to do and its quite simple. We need to write all future contracts or at least several of them in this manner: All the oil taken from the next few contracts must be sold in America.

You may ask how this will work.

It's simply supply and demand. If we stockpile oil here in the US the price will go down. The new drillers will need to pay the bills and they will pump more at a lower price to continue to make a profit. It is that simple. 

This will not be without contraversy and many will give silly reasons why it cannot be done. The oil companies will say that they will not take the deal and they invested too much in research, but someone will take it and if not an oil company then some smart investment group will take it.
