Letters to Santa From IB Kids

Around 50 letters to Santa have been handed in at the library.

At the start of the month, the San Diego County Library Imperial Beach branch put out a mini mailbox for letters to Santa for local children.

“Everyday we get more and more and the requests get more and more expensive for Santa,” said Perla Flores.

Some adults have also asked Santa for presents too, said librarian June Engel, like the request for "a time machine and immunity from the law." A request for "piece of mind and a car" is also thought to have been from an adult.
