Coming to DVD from SHOUT! Factory and in honor of Lee’s career comes a four film martial arts extravaganza with THE BIG BOSS, FIST OF FURY, WAY OF THE DRAGON and GAME OF DEATH.

THE BIG BOSS, directed by Lo Wei, tells the story of Cheng (Bruce Lee), a man who comes to Bangkok to work with his cousins in a factory. While working, a block of ice falls and inside they find goods belonging to smugglers. When people go missing in the factory Cheng starts to look for them and finds the factory is smuggling drugs! He takes on the BIG BOSS in an ending that is pure smack down!

FIST OF FURY, directed by Lo Wei, tells the story of Chen (Bruce Lee), a man who arrives to attend the funeral of his teacher. Asking around about the death, Chen is led to the Japanese Martial Arts School. These students have been harassing the students of the Ching Wu School and when the police won’t get involved – Chen does!

WAY OF THE DRAGON, directed by Bruce Lee, tells the story of Tang Lung (Bruce Lee) who goes to Rome to help a friend. Chen (Nora Miao) has a restaurant and the gangsters are forcing her to sell. When they realize Tang is in town they get their own muscle with Colt (Chuck Norris) with an epic Coliseum fight to the finish.

GAME OF DEATH, directed by Robert Clouse), tells the story of Billy Lo (Bruce Lee), a star of kung fu. When Dr. Land (Dean Jagger) hears of this he wants to make money off of Billy but he refuses. That’s when the doctor gathers together the villains forcing Billy to take them on one by one to keep what is his!

FINAL WORD: Bruce Lee started off as an actor in Hong Kong making more than twenty films. His real break came in 1966 when he won the role of Kato in THE GREEN HORNET. He also became a student and teacher of martial arts opening a school with his wife Linda. After the THE GREEN HORNET he and the family returned to Hong Kong.

Finally he was doing the kind of films he wanted but sadly on July 20th, 1973 Bruce died unexpectedly before the premier of ENTER THE DRAGON. To this day Lee is considered responsible for the martial arts genre of films that continue even today. Along with that he brought such actors as Chuck Norris, John Saxon and others into the spotlight.

These are the best films that Lee has to offer fans and they will not be disappointed. Each is beautifully filmed, and shown in new HD-transfer featuring an anemographic wide screen presentation of the original features.

SHOUT! Factory brings amazing feature films, classic television series, animation, music and comedy to DVD and blu-ray for audiences. Don’t believe me; see for yourself at www.shoutfactory.com and their library of goodies.

TUBS OF POPCORN: I give THE BIG BOSS, FIST OF FURY, WAY OF THE DRAGON and GAME OF DEATH four and a half tubs of popcorn out of five. Who could not love the fact that all four of these amazing films are once again available for fans.

It is amazing to sit down and actually watch these films again. I haven’t seen any in quite a while so watching all four makes a cool evening of movie watching with friends who also love Lee’s work.

Adding these four films to any martial art dvd collection is nothing but a win-win! Lee’s work never gets old and owning them as a double feature is frosting on the cake.

In the end – it is a celebration of the most epic martial arts films from the master!
