Arts and Crafts, Chili Bowl Fundraiser Heat up the Holidays

Buy a handmade chili bowl and provide fresh food to someone in need.

On Saturday at the  just north of the lifeguard station in Imperial Beach, browse through clay bowls that were made by volunteers at the Farmers Market and Mar Vista High School students throughout the summer and fall.

Individuals can purchase as many bowls as they want and fill them with soup and chili from the Olive Oil Organic Café. Each bowl has been fired with two coats of glaze and is safe to eat from and wash.

100 percent of proceeds will go toward fresh produce for local residents, families, elderly and military families.
