And Here We Go 2012!

Where has this year gone? Here it is the 22nd of January already and I’m just now getting my first blog of the year going. If you haven’t been by the hotel lately it is really taking shape. The 9th and Palm project is about complete with demo, now who wants to get a pool started on completion?

At our McNally Realty property management office we switched over to a new management software program that has brought us into the digital age.

Not without its challenges though. Sales activity has picked up, lot’s of buyer’s but minimal quality inventory. Interest rates, well, PHENOMINAL, would be how I would describe them. The community has embraced our team and we are seeing an increase of walk in business, hmmn, I wonder if the facelift had anything to do with it.

It just goes to show you, “If you build it, they will come.”
