Take A Chance
It's not my last chance, but it's a good chance that this time I'll get it right. You see God gave me infinite chances. I've used many, too many to count.
I run away and I come back. I fall down and I get up. I hate and I forgive. I wrong then I right. I go forward then I go backward. Then I go forward then I go backward. Then I go forward again, and again, and again.
It's not my last chance, but it's a good chance that this time I'll get it right. I won't poison me with ugly thoughts of ugly. I won't poison myself with unhealthy living. I won't poison me with poison. It's dangerous you know. Poison is toxic and it's contagious.
I choose wisdom instead of ignorance. I will replace poison with peace. I will let peace be my guide. I will let peace be my decision maker. "Is this a peaceful decision?" "Is this a peaceful idea?" "Is this a peaceful conversation?" "Do I want to stroll peacefully or crash in a poison train wreck?" "Am I working with and for the light or am I giving in to the dark?"
It's not my last chance, but it's a good chance that this time I'll get it right. I choose not to be an addict of pain. I choose not to be a misery junky. I choose not to eat, sleep, drink, and think poison. I am a product of my thoughts. I have another chance to think positive.
My prayer for you is: Take the chance God gave you if you want to change. My friend, it's not your last chance, but it's a good chance that this time you will get it right.
