*Happy Easter*

                                    Did You?

     Jesus asked, "Did you stop loving Me?" "Did you stop trusting Me?" "Did you stop having faith in Me?"
     I was speechless. My tears flowed as I tried to swallow. Words wouldn't come out of my mouth. Only tears from my eyes.
     I looked at Jesus. I got on my knees. I didn't know what to say or how to say it. I just cried.
     Jesus touched my head and asked me, "Did you forget I love you?" "Did you forget you love Me?" "Did you forget I'm waiting?"
     My body trembled. I began to sweat. My hands shook. My tears were nonstop. My voice was silent.
     I thought, "How can I answer? How can I make Him understand?" I have no excuse for my distance from Him. I have no excuse for my behavior. I have no words to express my sorrow and my shame.
     Jesus asked, "Did you run the other way" "Did you forget to pray?" "Did you stumble in the night, did you forget My light?"
     I was numb with guilt. I agonized, "How can I repay the debt I owe to Him? I was paralyzed by pain because Jesus and I had this conversation seven thousand times before.
     Now what? I was embarrassed. I was ashamed. I was sorry, again. So I took a deep breath and I wiped my eyes.
     Jesus said, "I love you and I will always love you. This Easter I have a gift for you. I wondered what it could be. I am blessed. I have so many blessings. What more could Jesus give me?
     Then Jesus told me, "Open your hand." He placed a folded paper in my hand. I opened it and written with His blood I read these words:
     "My child, I love you, even when you stray I love you. I love you unconditionally.Did you know you are forgiven?" . . . Paid in full.
