WHAT:   Smart Planning for the Alzheimer’s Journey 
              An Educational Seminar for Family Caregivers of Those
              with Dementia. 

At this free seminar for family caregivers, an expert from the field of geriatric psychiatry will share what to behavioral and physical changes to expect as the disease progresses and the value planning for the future. The importance of caregiver health and the benefits of support groups will also be discussed.
