WHY: The San Diego Women’s Foundation grant funds benefit local programs that make a difference in the community on issues important to the entire region. This year’s grant focus is on the environment. Healthy environmental resources are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, a thriving economy, and growth in many areas which is why investing in environmental programs that focus on water quality and/or conservation is important.
